New Discovery: Eulogies

I stumbled upon Eulogies this week and I have to say that I really enjoy their music.
I had heard a bit of them on a Dangerbird Sampler a few months back, but upon hearing songs from their new release Here Anonymous, I was struck by how far they've come since then.
With hazy, dreary guitar and introspective vocals, Eulogies paint a lonely, bleak landscape, but find the beauty in isolation.
They pick up the pace just a bit with the stellar "Bad Connection," a strong melody for any mood. Reminds me of walking along a city street in a storm, with the sun occasionally peeking through the overcast skyline.
This plus the catchy ditty "This Fine Progression" and upcoming tour with the Dears are sure to break them through to a higher tier.
